QQC

"Knowledge is created not by the act of observing...but through relations, between institutions, economic and social processes, behavioral patterns, system of norms, techniques, types of classification, modes of characterization [not present in object]"

Is foucault that knowledge can never be learned through observation, or simply that what humans connote observing to be is composed of all these other aspects of learning?
